Classing A Tooling:

    All tooling is Class "A" quality and capable of handling your tool & die production requirements. We design, build, and maintain all tooling and die work in-house from your new or existing parts or components.

Progressive Dies:

    Progressive dies as well as compound, draw, progressive draw, blanking, forming, coining, in-die tapping jigs, fixtures etc. are all commonly manufactured with tool & die applications.

Specialty Tool Steels:

    Standard A-2, D-2, Carbide and Specialty Tool Steels as well as process specific coatings to ensure long tool life and part productivity are used and are reasons why you can depend us to produce quality parts quickly, efficiently and economically.

Complete Tool & Die Job Shop:

In house design, building of progressive dies, fixtures and maintenance of all tools, dies fixtures, etc. PMI can handle all of your challenging tooling projects!
